General

Each property has a maximum guest limit, which includes all visitors, whether they stay overnight or not. Please refer to the house rules on the property page for information about the guest limit. Infants under two years old are exempt from this count, but children aged 2 to 18 must be included in the total. It's important to note that if the number of guests changes from the original booking, guests are responsible for promptly updating the host.

In case there's a change in the number of guests from what was initially booked or updated, please inform the host promptly. We strictly prohibit unauthorized guests or exceeding the number of guests specified in the initial or updated booking.

We cherish the tranquility of our properties and neighborhoods, so we do not permit weddings, events, and strictly prohibit parties at our properties.   However, we are delighted to offer accommodations for wedding groups and can also facilitate non-disruptive corporate retreats and gatherings.

Quiet hours are observed at all our properties from 9 PM to 8 AM. During these hours, we kindly request guests to maintain a peaceful environment by keeping noise levels low. This includes refraining from loud music, yelling, or any disruptive sounds. While indoor activities can continue, we ask that they be conducted at a considerate volume to maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood.

Each property offers free parking. Please consult the house rules on the property page for information about the car limit. Street parking is not allowed at any time; only parking in the garage and driveway is permitted.

Yes, we prioritize your safety and property security. We implement various measures, including video monitoring of exterior areas, Minut sound monitoring devices to maintain quiet hours, and contracted security teams to enforce our house rules. These steps offer an added layer of security and ensure your peace of mind. Rest assured, your privacy within the property is always respected.

No, the entire house is exclusively yours during your stay, ensuring you have access to all amenities and spaces.

Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the property, a $1,000 fine, and cancellation of your reservation. Smoking is allowed only in the backyard of any property. Please ensure that all cigarette butts are disposed of responsibly.

Our pet policy varies by property. Some of our properties allow small dogs under 25 lbs., while others do not. Properly documented service animals are welcome at all our properties. Please refer to the specific property page or contact your host for details.

If you encounter any issues or find something missing during your stay, please contact your host right away. We are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and strive to resolve the issue on the same day if possible.

Booking and Reservations

Yes, guests must be at least 25 years old to book a property. We also require photo ID verification and may request a deposit to secure your reservation.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs. If you wish to request an early check-in, please do so on the day before your arrival, as your host will not be able to confirm its possibility before then.

If the property is available, we're happy to extend your stay. Please reach out to your host promptly so we can coordinate with our cleaning team for a seamless extension.

The minimum night stay varies by season, typically being either 2 or 3 nights. Please refer to the property page or contact the host for specific details.

You will receive check-in instructions, including your unique front door access code, via email the day before your arrival.

We take pride in offering a hassle-free, "no chore" checkout experience. While we've included a separate cleaning fee to minimize your responsibilities, we kindly ask that you help by doing some basic tidying before you leave. Please dispose of garbage in the designated bins, avoid leaving a large number of dirty dishes in the sink, ensure all doors are securely locked, and leave the property in a safe and reasonable condition. This ensures a smooth transition for our cleaning team and future guests.

Half of the booking cost is due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is typically due 45 days before your check-in date. If your check-in date is within 45 days, full payment is required at booking.

Amenities

Our properties are thoughtfully equipped with a range of essential amenities to elevate your stay. You'll enjoy comfortable linens, fresh towels, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and essential items for ironing. We also ensure you have all the cooking essentials needed to prepare your meals at your convenience. Plus, we provide on-site laundry facilities for added convenience during your stay.

Absolutely, all our properties are equipped with free high-speed WiFi, ensuring smooth streaming and gaming on multiple devices. Internet speeds are 400MBPS or greater.

Several of our properties provide dedicated workstations to enhance your productivity while working remotely. For specific details, please check your property's page.

Yes, we provide access to streaming services like YouTube TV or Hulu. All our TVs offer additional streaming options, such as Netflix, but require you to log in to access them.

Yes, we do. We provide charcoal grills at all our properties for your outdoor cooking enjoyment. Please note that you'll need to bring your own charcoal for grilling. Enjoy a delicious barbecue during your stay!

Absolutely! We understand the importance of making your stay comfortable for families with babies and toddlers. All our properties are thoughtfully equipped with pack-n-plays and high chairs to ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable experience for your little ones.

Our pools are maintained at a comfortable 87 degrees. We provide some floats for both adults and kids, but feel free to bring your own as well.

Yes, all our properties with pools and/or hot tubs offer year-round availability.

No, the arcade is free to use for all guests!
