The Space

This upscale home has an incredible amount of space for spreading out or finding privacy, whatever your group’s vibe. One of the highlights of the house is the large, private, heated indoor pool, measuring 40 feet by 20 feet and set to 87 degrees. The pool area also features a three-person sauna, a six-person hot tub, two luxurious day beds, and a full bathroom with dual shower head.

From the pool area, walk through a private indoor hallway to the open-concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen boasts high-end Fisher and Paykel appliances, including a gas stove and range, and a huge island. The living room features tall ceilings with expansive windows, a chandelier, and an 85-inch TV. Right off the living room is a dining room that can seat up to 16 people.

The house also features a conference room and a poker/game room with eight TVs, a poker table, and table tennis. A downstairs arcade/theater room has a soundbar and a 120-inch screen. Arcade games include NFL Blitz, NBA Jam, Terminator Salvation, two racing simulators, Golden Tee, and a four-player multi-cade that has 1,200 games.

The main floor of the house features a bedroom with two queen beds and a half bath. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with a luxurious sitting room and a 75-inch TV. The primary bedroom also features an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Attached to the primary bedroom is a bonus room with a queen bed that could serve as the seventh bedroom.

The other four bedrooms upstairs include a bedroom with two queen beds and an attached bathroom, two bedrooms with king beds featuring an attached Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a king bedroom with a bathroom one step away.

Walk outside the indoor pool or living room to find a huge rear deck with two loungers, an eight-person dining table, and a large outdoor sectional sofa. The back area is completely fenced in and also features a big yard with a gazebo.

Guest Access and Safety: Guests have full access to the property, including amenities such as the private indoor heated pool available 24/7, hot tub, sauna and more. It’s essential to use these facilities with the utmost care, especially if you have children with you. Proper use of the sauna’s temperature settings is extremely important to avoid injuries.
