    Guest Access and Safety: Guests have full access to the property, including amenities such as the private indoor heated pool available 24/7, hot tub, sauna and more. It’s essential to use these facilities with the utmost care, especially if you have children with you. Proper use of the sauna’s temperature settings is extremely important to avoid injuries. Please note that usage is governed by the Occupancy Agreement and any provided Safety Guidelines. These documents outline additional terms, rules, and responsibilities for your stay.     After booking, you’ll receive precise address details and comprehensive check-in instructions for a smooth and convenient arrival experience.

    • Pets are not allowed
    • Street parking is not allowed
    • Quiet Hours: 9 pm to 8 am
    • Parties and Events are not allowed
    • Smoking: Guests can smoke outside, but those who smoke inside will be charged a $1,000 fine.
    • Check-in: 4 pm – 10 pm
    • Check-out: 11 AM
    • Age Requirement: 25
    • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
    • The minimum night stay policy varies by season and is typically either 2 or 3 nights. During checkout, please make note of this, and reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
