The newly renovated, 3,444-square-foot Shelby Township home is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The unassuming residence is a peaceful oasis, surprising guests with the number of designer finishes and amenities inside. All four bedrooms are on one level, with one ensuite bedroom, and all bedrooms feature TVs. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped game room, for hours of entertainment.

The recently added pool area features a large saltwater swimming pool with an attached hot tub, a double-sided fireplace to stay cozy during the colder months with ample seating and lounge areas for gathering. The pool area opens to a meticulously landscaped backyard, with mature trees, lush greenery and a calming, winding water feature.

A separate she-shed/man cave offers a bar area and 65-inch TV, perfect for enjoying a drink and watching the game.

The home is near Cherry Creek Golf Club, an 18-hole public golf course with dining, as well as many shopping and restaurant options. After exploring the Detroit metro area and the many restaurants and shops along Hall Road, or checking out TopGolf, you’ll be ready to return to this quiet retreat. The home is just 30 minutes from the downtown Detroit area.
