    The Space

    One of the premier Green Bay, WI vacation homes, The Manor on Terraview was personally designed to exude character and class. It features five bedrooms on the second floor, one on the main floor and one on the lower level. There are four full bathrooms and two half baths. The spectacular primary bedroom on the second floor boasts a gorgeous bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower.

    Gather in the family room, with its 85-inch TV, or in the second TV/lounge area next to the high-end kitchen – there’s karaoke, too! A large indoor hot tub, located in an sunroom right off the kitchen and living room, is surrounded by walls of windows for a spa-like feel. Continue the self-care and sit for a spell in the massage chair to unlock the knots in your neck and back.

    The main floor expands to a dining/card table room and a separate billiards room. Need even more areas to hang out? Head downstairs to the lower level to find an incredibly well-stocked arcade room, where all the games are free, a private movie-screening area with comfy recliners, a ping pong/foosball table, and a bar area.

    The stunning home also offers .73 acres of outdoor space – a large, sloping private lawn with a generously sized, immaculately designed patio with seating and mood lighting. A charcoal grill and firepit are also at your disposal.

    • Smoking: Guests can smoke outside, but those who smoke inside will be charged a $1,000 fine.

    • Age Requirement: 25
    • Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
    • The minimum night stay policy varies by season and is typically either 2 or 3 nights. During checkout, please make note of this, and reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
