    The Space

    Enter the home on the first floor, where you’re greeted by an open-concept kitchen and spacious living area with both a poker and pool table. The second living space contains an 85-inch TV and plenty of seating. This floor features the primary bedroom with ensuite bath off the living room, which feels like its own private wing. The other side of the home offers three more bedrooms, with an additional full bath.

    Head upstairs via the spiral staircase to the fun game room (with unlimited, free arcade games), as well as two more bedrooms (one ensuite) and a full bath.

    There’s more fun to be had in the 1,000-square-foot, heated or cooled (depending on the season) entertainment garage. Hang out and enjoy the four big-screen TVs, a projector screen, air hockey, pop-a-shot, ping pong table and more.

    Enjoy the outdoor acreage any time of year, thanks to the innovative “snow globe” dome, where you can lounge comfortably no matter what the weather is like (a unique feature among Green Bay, WI vacation rentals). It’s heated in the winter and covered with mesh in the summer, keeping out the bugs. The back patio holds the large hot-tub and there is plenty of outdoor seating under a covered gazebo. There’s also a firepit, charcoal grill, outdoor dining space, and lawn games available.

    Guest Access and Safety: Guests have full access to the property, including amenities such as the outdoor hot tub.     • Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
    • The minimum night stay policy varies by season and is typically either 2 or 3 nights. During checkout, please make note of this, and reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
