    The Space

    Come inside to a sparkling, fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook to your heart’s content. Grab a book and a cup of tea and spend as long as you like in the light-filled living room, or watch your favorite show on the 85-inch TV. (There’s seating for 12, so everyone in your group can enjoy movie night!)

    Four well-appointed bedrooms, including one ensuite, are on the upper level, while one bedroom is on the main level of the home.

    Large windows throughout the residence provide views of the lush grounds. Head outside to play and take advantage of the large stone patio with seating, firepit and charcoal grill.

    Your private, 44,000-gallon, 40-by-20-foot, indoor pool (set to 87 degrees and adjustable upon request) is set in a 3,000-square-foot pool room with exposed stone and wooden beams. Here’s the best part – the pool area has a projector set up so you can host your own swim-up movie nights! A bar and game room are set directly off the pool area. Arcade games are free to play, plus there’s table tennis and billiards. There is plenty of seating, making this a great place to hang out.

    The home is ideal for couples, corporate retreats, group travel, and family and holiday gatherings.

    Guest Access and Safety: Guests have full access to the property, including amenities such as the private indoor heated pool available 24/7. It’s essential to use these facilities with the utmost care, especially if you have children with you. Please note that usage is governed by the Occupancy Agreement and any provided Safety Guidelines. These documents outline additional terms, rules, and responsibilities for your stay.     • Smoking: Guests can smoke outside, but those who smoke inside will be charged a $1,000 fine.

    • Age Requirement: 25
    • Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

We had a couple questions at the beginning of the rental and the responsiveness was excellent and our questions were answered in a matter of minutes. The pool was nice and warm and well stocked with toys and towels. It was so fun to swim while watching football and the kid’s movies. It was a fully enjoyed feature of the home. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were nice and large. The dining room was the main gathering area as it housed everyone. We were all able to all have a seat together for meals and games. I would consider renting this home again in the future.”
