The T2 Booking Process - Seamless from Start to Finish

 

Booking your Terra2 stay is designed to be as easy and enjoyable as the getaway itself – whether you’re planning a family reunion, group travel, or a weekend escape.

We’ve streamlined the process to keep things clear, simple, and stress-free from browsing to booking. And when you book directly through our website, you’ll enjoy personalized service, transparent pricing, and insider tips to help you make the most of your time away.

Booking Your Property

Each property page includes a calendar with up-to-date pricing and availability. To get started, simply select your desired check-in and check-out dates and click Book Now.

If the calendar shows your dates as available but you receive a message that the property is unavailable after clicking Book Now, it likely means the minimum stay requirement hasn’t been met. Most of our properties require a 2–3 night minimum, depending on the season and location.

What to Expect When You Book

Before we can officially confirm your reservation, there are just three quick steps to take of, which will be sent to you via email:

Read and agree to the House Rules.

Here are a few highlights from the rules:

  • We love group stays, but have zero tolerance for parties or unauthorized events. (Violations will result in
    cancellation of your reservation with no refund and a $1,000 fine)
  • Maximum guest count is based on the home’s occupancy limit as well as the information you provide regarding
    the number of guests, including visitors, at the time of your reservation. If this number changes, please let us
    know immediately, and always seek approval for additional guests so you aren’t penalized.
  • Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am out of respect for our neighbors.
  • No street parking during your stay.
  • Smoking outdoors only – a $500 fine applies for indoor smoking.
  • Check-in: 4–10 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
  • Cancellation policy: 100% refund 60+ days before check-in; 50% refund 30+ days out.

Read and sign the Occupancy Agreement.

It outlines important details about your reservation, including check-in/check-out times, house rules, and responsibilities during your stay. This agreement helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone, protecting you, our team, and the property, so you can focus on enjoying your trip without any issues.

Complete your guest verification.

We partner with Truvi for ID Verification, guest screening, fraud prevention, and damage deposits to help ensure safe and secure stays for everyone. Just as you’d present your ID when checking into a hotel, we ask for the same with our short-term rental properties, and we use Truvi to make the process easy and secure. Truvi keeps your data encrypted and secure, and never shares your information with third parties. (Read Truvi’s privacy policy here.)

You’ll receive a separate email and text with a link to complete your verification. As part of the process, you’ll choose between leaving a $500 refundable damage deposit or purchasing a $35 damage waiver to cover any damage.

Once those three steps are complete, you’ll be all set! We’ll follow up with your check-in details as your arrival date gets closer.

Payment Requirements

If your check-in date is over 60 days away, 50% of the booking amount will be charged at booking, and the other half will automatically be charged 60 days before check-in.

If your reservation has a check-in date that’s 60 days away or less, full payment is required at the time of booking.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we want to make our cancellation policy as clear and fair as possible.

If you cancel at least 60 days before check-in, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you cancel at least 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable, as it’s often difficult to rebook the property on short notice.
