House has a private backyard but is close to the 172 bridge. In the backyard or if you have the windows open you will hear traffic noise.

• Additional: Maximum two dogs allowed. No larger than 50 pounds. $35 per dog per day non refundable fee will apply. No pets on furniture, owners must clean up after pets, dogs should not be left unattended. Outside music must be at a reasonable level during the day and quiet after 9PM. No Parties! We want your group to have a good time, and your group of up to 14 can play music and have fun inside, but the house is located in a residential neighborhood, and you must be respectful of the neighbors. Excess guests entering and going especially late at night is not allowed. Home exterior entrance is monitored with security cameras to ensure this house rule is met. Parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway and one in the garage. No overnight parking on the street.
