My experience here this weekend was nothing short of perfect
My experience here this weekend was nothing short of perfect! My group and I had such a great time and we all agreed we would be delighted to stay here again. It was even more beautiful in person, and the indoor pool was so very relaxing. Everything was spotless and well-stocked. Additionally, I was extremely impressed the speed at which the hosts replied to answer questions and solve any problem we ran into. Any issues we had were fixed immediately and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay, even sending a tabletop ice maker and electric air pump that were delivered within an hour or two. Thank you to the hosts, you guys really made this a weekend absolutely unbeatable and there aren’t enough words to express our continued gratitude! Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay
We had such a great stay. Everything was spotless and labeled!!! We felt right at home! Very clear instructions on how to get in and what to do in order to check out in the booklet!
We had a large group, with lots of cousins varying in age
We had a large group, with lots of cousins varying in age. This place offered something for everyone! The indoor pool was a huge hit, in addition to the pond for kayaking and fishing. The arcade was perfect towards the end of the evening, when things were 'settling' down. The location of the home was in the middle of nowhere, which we loved! There were some excellent parks for neat hiking close by (roughly 10-15 minute drive).

We had a fantastic vacation here with extended family! There was plenty of space for our group of 15. The house and amenities were just as described—plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen, huge pool, and beautiful surroundings. It’s a great location —essentially in the woods, and with some short hiking trails within a 20 minute drive. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and would be happy to stay at any of the other Terra2 properties!

We had a great stay! The place was just what we imagined. We had a blast in the pool and were able to spread out with all of the different areas/activities in the house. It was well stocked with essentials and very clean. Would definitely love to return in the future and stay for a longer period.

Beautiful house with lots of room!! Great activities for the kids (with the pool being the highlight)! Clean, organized and they thought of every little detail! We plan to stay again in the future!!

Awesome place
Awesome place! We loved the indoor pool, hot tub, and game room. Plenty of TVs! Peaceful outdoor setting. Our only issue was that the AC was not working in some of the upstairs rooms and the first night it was 80 degrees. They did come out and fix it the next morning. However, the master bedroom only has one small vent and it stays pretty warm, around 75 even with the AC on the lowest setting. I suggest bringing some fans for the rooms that are a little hotter upstairs. For some reason the one thermostat goes down to 65 and the other only 68. Another small issue is the pool room TV kept cutting out when playing music. Wish we could have hooked up music to the surround sound speakers in the pool room too but those didn’t seem to work. Overall though a great place and pretty sure we will be back!

We had a fairly large group stay at the Grand River Estate and we had the best time! The kitchen was perfect for all of our at-home cooking. The pool and game room were a favorite amongst us, and the living space had plenty of room for game night and a big group movie night! Thomas and his team were wonderful to work with! While the sauna may have been down during our stay for repairs, I look forward to using it next time I book with Thomas :)
